Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from Puss-Tato Chips, you agree to the policies outlined below:



Returns & Refunds (Damaged Items Only)


We take pride in the quality and care that goes into each bag of Puss-Tato Chips. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.


  • You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Claims must include clear photo and/or video evidence showing the damage.
  • If approved, you will be offered a refund or replacement, at our discretion.


Wrong Product Policy


If you receive the wrong item:

  • Do NOT return the product.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photo and/or video evidence of the incorrect item.

Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.


Please note: Refunds will not be issued for incorrect items—replacements only.


We appreciate your understanding and support. All policies are in place to ensure fairness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Food items such as pusstatochips can only be returned and refunded or replaced if the item is damaged upon arrival with proper documentation proving your package was damaged upon arrival. The window to contact us about that issue is 24 hrs once you’ve received the product and notice any damages. 


In the instance you receive a wrong product , DO NOT try to return, Contact us providing evidence of the wrong product and you will be sent a replacement order.

• Image and Video evidence MUST be provided to receive a replacement order ( this is only valid for customers who received a wrong product ).


REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITH WRONG PRODUCTS ONLY REPLACEMENTS.
